- 1 kg chicory
- cooked ham
- 200 g cheese, rated, for ratinatin
- Fat for the shape

- Boil the chicory and let it cool down.
- Then wrap each chicory with at least 1 slice of cooked ham, place everything in a greased baking dish and sprinkle with the cheese.
- Bake in a hot oven at approx. 200 ° C top / bottom heat for approx. 20 minutes.
- This goes well with mashed potatoes.
