Ingredients

  • 400 g spinach leaves (frozen)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 200 g mozzarella
  • 30 g butter or mararine
  • 4 slices ham, cooked (large )
  • 40 ml meat stock, hot
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • parsley

Instructions

  1. Thaw the spinach leaves. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Cut the mozzarella into thin slices. Heat the fat and sauté the onion and garlic in it, add the spinach leaves and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Cook for about 6 minutes.
  2. Top the cooked ham with the spinach leaves and half of the mozzarella slices. Roll up the slices, place them in a greased baking dish and cover with the rest of the mozzarella slices. Pour in the hot meat stock.
  3. Baked in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for approx. 15 minutes. Serve garnished with parsley.
