Ingredients
- 1 cauliflower
- 6 slices cooked ham
- 50 g cream cheese, natural
- 125 g cheese, rated
- pepper
- some ready-mixed (onion and herb mixture), frozen
- 6 tablespoon heavy cream

- Divide the cauliflower into florets and cook in a saucepan until soft, drain and let cool.
- In the meantime, mix the cream cheese with the onion and herb mixture and pepper to taste. Brush the ham slices with the cream cheese mixture, roll up and place in the baking dish.
- Place the cauliflower florets on the rolls and drizzle with the cream. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake in the oven at 200 ° C for 15-20 minutes.
- The recipe is suitable for being slim in your sleep as dinner.
- The dish tastes very good on its own, but can also be served with a nice steak.
