Ingredients
- 4 leeks
- 10 slices ham, cooked
- some butter or oil for the baking dish
- 200 g cheese, rated Emmentaler
- in Butter, flakes (to taste)

- Cut the leek sticks into pieces approx. 10 cm in size, wash them thoroughly and cook for 20 minutes depending on the strength. Drain and let cool. The 4 leeks made 16 pieces. I wrapped half a slice of ham around each of the thinner pieces and a whole slice of ham around the thicker pieces.
- Now put everything in a greased baking dish and sprinkle with the cheese and put a few flakes of butter on top and bake at 190 ° in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
- Mashed potatoes tastes good with it.
