- 1 kg potato (s), mainly waxy
- 3 egg (s)
- 2 onions)
- salt and pepper
- Flour
- nutmeg
- Vegetable fat
- 4 slices cooked ham
- 8 slices pineapple
- 4 slices cheese, Gouda cheese or your choice

- Wash, peel and roughly grate the potatoes. Pour into a large, fine sieve and squeeze gently so that the
- Potato liquid leaks.
- Peel the onion and finely grate it under the potatoes. Add the eggs, salt and a little nutmeg and mix everything together. If the dough is still too runny, add enough flour so that the dough is not too firm.
- Heat vegetable fat or oil in the pan. Small amounts of dough
- Put in the hot fat and bake golden brown, crispy potato pancakes.
- Preheat the oven to 180 °.
- Spread the potato pancakes in pairs on a baking sheet and place a slice of boiled ham on each, now the pineapple
- Spread on top and put the cheese on top. There should now be 4 pairs on the tray and bake them in the oven for approx. 15-20 minutes until the cheese has melted as desired.
