Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon coconut syrup, with or without sugar, see variations
- Crushed ice
- 0.5 ½ lime (s), cut into two quarters
- 355 ml Cola (Diet Cola), see variations
- 1 tablespoon coffee cream, 2% fat, optional

- Pour the coconut syrup into a mug or glass with a capacity of at least 710 ml. Fill the glass to just over halfway with crushed ice. Squeeze the lime quarters over the crushed ice and place the empty bowls in the glass so that the outer bowl comes into contact with the ice. Pour the cola over the squeezed out lime peel. If you like, add 1 - 2 tablespoons of coffee cream, stir, insert a straw and enjoy.
- Variations:
- Diet Cola is also delicious with raspberry juice or pulp and lime juice. With cherry syrup and lime juice. With coconut syrup and mango puree or with raspberry pulp and coffee cream.
- With Dr. Pepper comes in these combinations: coconut syrup and lime juice or raspberry juice or pulp with lime juice.
- With Sprite there are the following variants: Strawberry syrup or pulp with coffee cream. Strawberry or cherry syrup and lime juice. Mango puree with coffee cream or coconut syrup with coffee cream.
