Ingredients
- 4 slices turkey (fillet)
- 4 slices cooked ham
- 8 slices pineapple, fresh or canned, drained
- 4 slices cheese (Gouda, medium-aged)
- 150 ml pineapple juice
- 4 tablespoon cognac
- 3 tablespoon honey
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ cayenne pepper
- salt
- Paprika powder, noble sweet

- Season the meat with a little salt and paprika, fry briefly in the pan. Place in a flat baking dish and top with the ham.
- Also fry the pineapple (dabbed well), deglaze with pineapple juice, honey and cognac, add cayenne pepper and place the slices on the fillets. Then cover with cheese and pour the frying stock over it.
- Baked in the oven at 200 ° C for approx. 15 - 20 minutes. Serve with croquettes and fresh vegetables or, for food combining, without side dishes.
