- 1 bunch spring onion (s)
- 200 g cooked ham
- 4 egg (s)
- 1 onion (s)
- 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
- nutmeg
- Vegetable fat

- Wash, peel and roughly grate the potatoes. Pour into a large, fine sieve and gently squeeze so that the
