Instructions

  1. Drain the peaches, cut into wedges and place in a baking dish. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C fan oven. Then sift the flour and baking powder into a bowl and stir in the sugar. Rub the butter little by little into the flour mixture with your fingers until it is fine and crumbly. Then beat the milk and egg with a mixer until smooth.
