  • 250 g sour cream or crème fraîche
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 pickled cucumber (vinegar)
  • 1 apple
  • 250 g herrin fillet (s)

  • pepper
  • dill

Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes and wrap them individually in aluminum foil. Place on a tray. Bake in the middle of the oven preheated to 200 ° C for 60 minutes.
  2. Finely chop the onion, slice the pickles and dice the apple. Cut herring fillets into strips.
  3. Mix all ingredients with the sour cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir in some finely chopped dill.
  4. Open the foil and cut the potatoes lengthways with a knife. Spread the sauce over the potatoes. Garnish with dill.
