Ingredients

  • 400 g shrimp (s), fresh or frozen

  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 small chilli pepper (s), dried
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Cayenne pepper

  • 6 drops lemon juice per serving

Instructions

  1. Cut the aluminum foil into 6 sheets of the same size (about 30 cm).
  2. Finely dice the onion, peel, core and dice the tomatoes. Chop the chilli pepper and garlic and mix with the tomato cubes. Distribute the diced tomatoes, onions and prawns evenly on the aluminum foil. Sprinkle each with the spices and herbs to taste. Finally, drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Wrap the aluminum foil in a bag and bake for 10 minutes at 250 ° C on the middle rack.
