Ingredients

  • 1 packet spinach, frozen (450g)
  • 3 rolls
  • 375 ml milk
  • 75 g bacon, streaky
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 3 egg (s), separated
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 tablespoon cheese, grated
  • 40 g butter, in flakes
  • Nutmeg, grated

Instructions

  1. Thaw the spinach at room temperature.
  2. Soak the rolls in the milk and squeeze them out well. Cut the bacon into cubes, leave out. Peel and dice the onion and sauté in the bacon. Add the spinach and egg yolk to the bacon and roll mixture, stir well, season.
