Ingredients

  • 500 g spahetti
  • 150 g walnuts, finely chopped
  • 120 ml olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely diced
  • 100 g breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, smooth, chopped

Instructions

  1. Put the spaghetti in salted boiling water.
  2. Meanwhile fry the chopped walnuts and the diced garlic in half of the olive oil, add the breadcrumbs and let them brown.
  3. The spaghetti should be ready by now. Drain, place in a preheated bowl, mix well with the breadcrumbs, the second half of the olive oil and the chopped parsley and serve immediately.
