Ingredients

  • 4 fish fillet (s) (e.g. cod)
  • salt and pepper
  • 50 g bacon, strips
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • butter
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ sambal oelek
  • 2 bunches parsley, chopped
  • Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Butter the ovenproof form, add the salted, peppered and lemon-sprinkled fish. Sprinkle with bacon strips. Put the garlic slices on top and cover with flakes of butter. Cover with a mixture of balsamic vinegar, sugar, olive oil, sambal and chopped parsley. Bake at 200 ° C (preheated) for about 20 minutes.
