Ingredients
- 5 tablespoon olive oil
- 5 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 5 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 10 ml water
- 3 tablespoon elderflower syrup or honey
- 1 teaspoon, heaped mustard, spicy or milder
- 7 tablespoon cream, alternatively milk
- 1 teaspoon herb salt or vegetable stock powder
- 3 tablespoon herbs
- 1 dash Worcester sauce or Maggi
- pepper, black

- Mix all ingredients together and pour over the salad.
- Here are a few more ideas:
- Herbs are a matter of taste. I recommend in the form of and / or: dill, parsley, chives, Italian herbs, salad herbs and, if you like something like that, a little mint.
- What also goes well with it is: nutmeg, paprika powder, and every now and then I use the sweet mustard instead of the normal one and save with the honey.
