Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 tablespoon water
  • 1 ½ tablespoon honey
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 3 walnuts
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Thoroughly mix the water, honey, balsamic vinegar and oil together. Peel the onion and cut it into small cubes.
  2. Crack the nuts, if they have not already been bought without their shells, and chop them into large pieces.
  3. Add onions and nuts to the dressing and let them steep in the refrigerator.
  4. Goes well with lamb`s lettuce or rocket.
