Ingredients
- 300 g strawberries, ripe
- 2 sprigs basil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 8 cubes crushed ice
- 100 ml mineral water, ice cold
- Pepper, black, freshly ground

- Wash the strawberries and let them drain well. Pluck from the stems and cut in half or quarter. Pluck the lower leaves from the basil branches and cut into strips.
- Put the strawberries, basil, honey, balsamic vinegar and crushed ice with some mineral water in a large food processor and mix until creamy.
- Pour into two large glasses, grind the pepper over them and serve decorated with the basil sprigs or leaves.
- Tip: If it`s not strawberry season, buy frozen strawberries and leave out the ice cubes.
