Bruschetta with Strawberries in Balsamic Vinegar

Bruschetta with strawberries in balsamic vinegar – a detailed recipe.

Ingredients

  • Baguette, cut into thin slices
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon. sliced strawberries
  • 2 tbsp fine sugar
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon. mascarpone cheese
  • 1/4 Art. icing sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet. Spread with butter, sprinkle with salt and sugar.
    Bake in an oven preheated to 220 ° C until golden brown, for about 7 minutes. Remove slices of bread from the oven and cool slightly.
  2. Mix strawberries in a bowl, 2 tbsp sugar and balsamic vinegar. Leave on for 30 minutes.
  3. In another bowl, combine mascarpone cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  4. Spread the cheese mixture on the slices of bread.
  5. Place strawberries on top and pour over the juice.
