Ingredients

  • 1 pck. Custard powder (vanilla), for cooking
  • 500 ml milk
  • 3 banana (s)
  • 300 g biscuit (s) (vanilla)
  • 200 ml whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Using the pudding powder and milk, cook a pudding with a little sugar. Stir the pudding more often as it cools to prevent skin from forming.
  2. Slice the bananas and layer them alternately in a large bowl; Start with pudding, then biscuits, then bananas, etc. Keep some biscuits for decoration. Finish with pudding.
  3. Whip the cream until stiff and spread over the pudding. Place in the refrigerator to steep overnight.
  4. The next day either place the biscuits whole on the pudding or crumble them and spread the crumbs over the cream.
