Ingredients
- 600 g milk powder
- 300 g powdered suar
- 125 g cocoa powder
- 80 g coffee - whiter, instant
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

- Mix all the ingredients together. Seven times and store in airtight jars.
- Preparation: Fill 2 high tablespoons of the powder with hot water, stir well. Garnish with cream (or American: some mini marshmallow) to taste.
- Really easy to prepare and in terms of taste it beats the instant preparations for hot chocolate that you can buy in this country.
