Ingredients
- 400 g flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 packet yeast (dry yeast)
- 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
- 200 ml water, lukewarm
- 1 can corn
- 100 ml sauce (barbecue sauce)
- 100 ml tomato (s), passed
- 80 g chips (nacho chips)
- 150 g cheddar cheese, rated
- 500 g minced meat (beef)
- 1 can kidney beans
- 2 onion (s), red, cut into rings
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped

- Prepare a pizza dough from flour, salt, yeast, lukewarm water and oil and let rise for about 1 hour. Then roll out on a greased sheet.
- Tip: If the dough is still too sticky, add more flour.
- Fry the minced meat with the finely chopped garlic and set aside.
- Now mix the barbecue sauce and the tomato sauce in a ratio of 1: 1 and spread on the rolled out dough.
- Then spread the following layers on the dough: First, the minced meat, the red onion rings, corn, kidney beans, a thin layer of grated cheddar cheese, nachos and more cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C top / bottom heat on the middle rack for about 30-40 minutes.
