- 750 ml vegetable stock
- 200 ml whipped cream
- 2 bunch basil, leaves plucked
- salt and pepper
- 1 small cucumber (s), finely diced

- Peel onion and garlic, chop finely and fry in hot oil until translucent. Deglaze with the broth and cream, simmer for a few minutes and season with salt and pepper. Add the basil, puree the soup and serve as a topping with cucumber cubes.
