Ingredients
- 1 bunch basil
- 90 g olives, black
- 1 clove garlic
- 200 g double cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- salt and pepper

- Wash the basil, shake dry, chop finely. Finely chop the olives as well. Peel and press the garlic.
- Mix the cream cheese with the cream. Fold in the basil, olives and garlic. Season everything with salt and pepper.
