Ingredients

  • 1 packet cream cheese
  • 60 g tomato (s), dried in oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Basil, if you like
  • Spring onion (s), to taste
  • salt
  • Pepper from the grinder

Instructions

  1. The cream cheese should be at room temperature because it will then be easier to process.
  2. Finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes, garlic and basil leaves. Cut the spring onions into thin rings.
  3. Mix these ingredients with the cream cheese in a large bowl (preferably with your hands) and season with pepper from the mill and salt.
  4. Let cool in the refrigerator for another two hours before serving.
