Ingredients

  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 1 pinch (s) cinnamon
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 4 sheets gelatin
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 1 bottle beer (wheat beer)
  • Ladyfingers

Instructions

  1. Place the egg yolks with the sugar and a pinch of cinnamon over the water bath
  2. Whisk in, then stir in the soaked gelatin.
  3. Stir in the mascarpone, finally fold the whipped cream into the cooled mass.
  4. Prepare the tiramisu the same way as always, only soak the ladyfingers not in coffee but in the wheat beer.
