Ingredients

  • 700 g potato (s), small
  • 400 g beans, reen
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 bunch savory
  • 3 slices meat loaf
  • 2 onions)
  • 80 g cheese (Gouda)
  • 30 g butter or mararine
  • 30 grams flour
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 500 ml vegetable stock (instant)
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley

Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes and cook in boiling water for about 20 minutes. Then quench cold and peel.
  2. In the meantime, clean the beans, if necessary break them into smaller pieces. Cook in boiling salted water with savory for 10-12 minutes, pour into a sieve and drain well.
  3. Cut the meat loaf into bite-sized cubes. Finely chop the onions. Rasp cheese.
  4. For the sauce, melt the fat in a saucepan and sauté the onions in it. Dust with flour and sweat until golden. Deglaze with cream and vegetable stock and bring to the boil while stirring. Season with salt and pepper. Scatter half of the cheese and melt in the sauce, season again to taste. Mix the potatoes, beans and meat loaf and place in an ovenproof dish. Spread the cheese sauce over it. Sprinkle with the rest of the cheese. Bake in the preheated oven (electric stove 200 degrees, gas level 3) for about 20 minutes.
  5. Chop the parsley and sprinkle over the casserole before serving. A cold beer goes well with it.
