Ingredients

  • 6 marrow bones
  • 1 leg disk (s)
  • 3 liters water
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon peppercorns
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 3 large clove (s) garlic
  • 2 medium carrot (s)
  • 2 large onions
  • 1 piece (s) celery
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Place 3 marrow bones, leg slice, carrots, onions and celery on a baking sheet, season with salt and pepper and roast on the middle rack at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, add water, apple cider vinegar, bay leaves, garlic and 3 marrow bones to the Instant Pot and let it steep.
  3. After 30 minutes, add the roasted ingredients to the instant pot. Cook on the Soup - High Pressure - Normal program for 70 minutes.
  4. Let the steam off slowly!
