Ingredients

  • 500 g boneless smoked pork pork
  • 2 onions)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • 750 g beetroot
  • 500 g potato (s)

Instructions

  1. Pat the smoked pork sausage dry with kitchen paper and cut into small cubes. Peel and dice the onions.
  2. Heat the oil in a pot. Fry the meat cubes while stirring until light brown. Add the onion cubes and sauté briefly. Season the meat with salt and pepper. Add about half of the vegetable stock, bring to the boil and cook the meat with the lid on for about 30 minutes over medium heat.
  3. In the meantime, peel the beetroot and potatoes, rinse and cut into cubes.
  4. Add both with the rest of the broth to the meat. Season the stew again with salt and pepper and cook with the lid on for another 20 minutes.
  5. With 4 servings, one serving has 332 Kcal.
