Ingredients
- 2 bell pepper (s), (red)
- 2 large carrots, (grated)
- 1 small onion (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoon sunflower seeds
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar (e.g. elderflower or raspberry)
- 2 tablespoon sunflower oil
- salt and pepper
- sugar
- Lemon juice
- some mustard
- Chives, if desired

- Peel the peppers with the peeler and cut into small cubes.
- Peel and grate the carrots. Peel the onions and finely dice them.
- Put the diced onions in a bowl, add salt, pepper, crushed garlic clove, soy sauce, mustard, sugar, lemon juice, vinegar and oil and stir vigorously. Mix in the bell pepper, carrots and sunflower seeds. Finally refine with a little chives.
- Let the salad stand for about 1/2 hour before eating.
