Ingredients

  • 3 large red pepper (s)
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 large cucumber (s)
  • 1 small Can (s) maize (50 g), drained

Instructions

  1. Wash, core and cut the peppers into small pieces. Peel the cucumber and cut it into small pieces. Transfer both together with the corn into a salad bowl.
  2. For the dressing, mix the oil with the vinegar and mustard. Season with salt and pepper and mix with the salad.
  3. Keep in the refrigerator until consumption.
