Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 small onion (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 bell pepper (s)
- 0.5 ½ bunch spring onion (s)
- Oregano, dried
- 150 g ricotta
- 75 g Farfalle or other pasta
- Salt water
- salt and pepper
- sugar

- Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Finely dice the onion and garlic and carefully sweat in olive oil at a low temperature, season with a little salt and sugar.
- Cut the peppers and spring onions into fine strips, add to the onions and fry over a medium temperature. Season with salt, sugar and plenty of pepper and oregano.
- Then add the ricotta, mix with the vegetables and after about two minutes add the cooked pasta. Let it get really warm again and serve.
