Ingredients
- 1 pack cooked ham
- 1 small lemon (s)
- 2 tablespoon parsley
- 3 cups cream
- 4 tablespoon soy sauce
- 3 tablespoon butter
- 6 tablespoon parmesan
- 1 packet pasta, Italian (e.g. Farfalle, Spirelli, Tortelini, )

- Squeeze the juice of a small lemon, put it in a pan and heat until the lemon juice is a little reduced. Then the butter is added. Heat it up a little until it gets some color, then add the soy sauce and bring to the boil again and reduce it.
- Immediately add the 3 cups of cream, simmer on low heat. Cut the ham into small pieces and add, simmer again a little and add the parsley.
- Let everything simmer on the lowest setting for about 20 minutes, until it has turned into a really nice thick sauce. In the meantime, cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
- Drain the cooked pasta and mix with the sauce. Then first pour the grated Parmesan cheese over it, mix again and if possible let it steep for about 5 - 10 minutes, then serve.
