Ingredients
- 600 g cream cheese
- 1 cup whipped cream
- chives
- 1 onion (s), red
- 8 cloves garlic or more
- some fondor

- Whip the cream, but not too hard. Now mix in the cheese. Squeeze in the garlic and add a little fondor to taste. Stir everything and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Just before serving, stir again and season to taste. Cut the red onion into small cubes and sprinkle over the dip like the chives.
- Normal round crackers or cheese crackers also taste great.
