  • 75 g low-fat quark
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • Sweetener, as needed
  • 40 g oatmeal
  • water
  • 20 g corn flakes
  • 2 piece (s) fruit, your choice (free points)

Instructions

  1. Put the oat flakes in a small bowl and pour hot water over them so that they are barely covered. Let it swell for about 5 minutes. Put low-fat quark in a large cereal bowl and mix with 3 tablespoons of water. Add sweetener to taste as needed. Cut the fruit into small pieces and mix with the quark. Add the oatmeal porridge and stir again. Sprinkle the cornflakes on top and stir. WW 4.5 points per serving This breakfast will keep you full for a long time. Can also be eaten as a snack between meals.
