Biscuit Roll with Apples and Nuts

Wonderful apple roll made of biscuit dough with the addition of nuts, raisins, and coconut! There is nothing complicated in preparation, but it turns out very tasty pastries for tea. Ingredients

  • Apples – 1 kg
  • Roasted peeled peanuts – 100 g
  • Raisins – 50 g
  • Coconut flakes – 50 g
  • Eggs – 5 pcs.
  • Sugar – 140 g
  • Flour – 80 g
  • Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Cane sugar – 2-3 tbsp
  • Butter – for greasing parchment

Directions

  1. This recipe contains my favorite ingredients. You can take any nuts. Let’s get everything ready and start!
    We turn on the oven and heat up to 160 degrees.
  2. Peel the apples, remove the core. Cut the apples into thin slices.
  3. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper, grease with butter. Sprinkle the parchment with cane sugar.
  4. We layout the apples in one dense layer.
  5. Lightly grind the nuts with a blender to make large crumbs.
  6. Mix the nuts with flour, baking powder, and coconut. Add raisins. We mix.
  7. We divide the eggs into whites and yolks. You will need 5 proteins and 1 yolk.
  8. Beat the whites with a pinch of salt with a mixer at high speed. Gradually add sugar while continuing to beat.
  9. Beat the whites until firm peaks.
  10. Then add the yolk to the whipped whites. We mix.
  11. Now we add a mixture of dry ingredients. Mix gently until smooth.
  12. Put the resulting dough over the apples and distribute evenly.
  13. We bake a biscuit with apples in the oven at 160 degrees for 35 minutes.
  14. Immediately after baking, cover the baking sheet with a towel and turn over so that the apples are on top. We remove the parchment.
  15. The fragrant apple layer, while hot, is rolled into a tight roll.
  16. Have a little patience and let the apple and nut roll cool well.
  17. Now you can invite everyone to a tea party!
