Ingredients

  • 50 g plantain
  • 50 g nettles, only the leaves
  • 50 g leaves (lady`s mantle)
  • 50 g leaves (raspberry)
  • 50 g sae
  • 50 g yarrow, just the flowers
  • 50 g flowers (red clover)
  • 1 liter schnapps (grain or vodka)
  • 100 g rock suar
  • 200 ml water
  • 3 tablespoon honey, to taste

Instructions

  1. Collect the meadow flowers and herbs on a sunny day, put them fresh (if possible unwashed - unless they are full of earth or something similar) into a jar and pour the alcohol on top.
  2. Let stand for at least 6 weeks, then strain.
  3. Reduce the water and rock candy until the sugar has melted, add the alcohol and season to taste. If necessary, add sugar or water until the desired taste is achieved. Add the honey to the slightly lukewarm liqueur and stir until it has dissolved.
  4. If there are still suspended matter floating in the liquid, you can strain again through clean tights or a coffee filter, then fill into bottles and let it mature in a cool and dark place for at least 4-5 months.
  5. Drink a quick drink after a heavy meal or if you feel sick!
