Ingredients

  • 200 g flour
  • 5 g bakin soda
  • 20 g cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 3 g salt
  • 225 grams sugar
  • 80 ml vegetable oil
  • 240 ml water
  • 15 ml vinegar
  • 5 g vanilla powder
  • 230 g cream cheese
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 60 g suar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 200 g confectionery (chocolate chips)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Mix the flour, baking soda, cocoa powder and salt together.
  3. In a large bowl, mix 225 g sugar with the oil and water. Add vinegar and vanilla powder. Then mix with the flour mixture until everything combines well. First put aside.
  4. Mix the cream cheese with the egg, 60 g sugar and salt in a medium-sized bowl. And finally stir in the chocolate chips.
  5. Fill the muffin pan 1/3 with the chocolate batter and then place a heaping teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture in the middle.
  6. Bake the muffins for about 20 minutes (make sure they don`t get too hard!). Let cool down well.
  7. Sufficient for 24 pieces.
  8. Note: The muffins taste much better the next day.
