  • 1 kg quark (low-fat quark)
  • 6 egg (s)
  • 300 g suar
  • 2 points pudding powder, vanilla

Instructions

  1. Mix the quark, egg yolks, sugar and pudding powder well, beat the egg white until stiff and fold in. Pour the mixture into a springform pan and bake at 175 degrees for 1 hour. Let the cake cool down a bit and turn it onto a wire rack while it is still warm.
  2. Tastes very good and, as already described, is bottomless.
