Ingredients
- 3 kg currants, black
- 1 liter water
- 1 kg sugar
- 1 bottle schnapps, (double grain)

- Clean and wash currants. Pour into a large saucepan and add the water, bring everything to a boil. Put this mass through the brisk Lotte or through a hair sieve so that the kernels are removed.
- Mix the resulting juice with the sugar and add the bottle of Doppelkorn. Bottling everything.
- Makes about 6 bottles. Store in a cool place and enjoy.
