Ingredients

  • 4 pork schnitzel, each 150 g
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 1 tablespoon paprika powder
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 50 g bacon, mixed
  • 2 onion (s), diced
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. Spread a thin layer of mustard on the schnitzel. Mix the paprika powder with the flour. Turn the schnitzel in it, then place on a wire rack and let the flour layer dry on.
  2. Fry the bacon and onion cubes in the pan, remove and set aside. Fry the schnitzel in the remaining fat for 2 - 3 minutes on each side and continue frying for approx. 4 minutes over low heat. Put the bacon and onion cubes in the pan and heat again.
  3. Serve the schnitzel covered with bacon and onions.
