Bolognese with Mushrooms

We are preparing simply a gorgeous version of pasta for the whole family – bolognese with mushrooms. Such hearty pasta can be safely served for lunch, believe me, relatives will be delighted. In addition to mushrooms, we will take minced meat and stew.

Ingredients

  • Spaghetti – 150 Grams
  • Stew – 150 Grams
  • Minced meat – 130 Gram
  • Bow – 70 Gram
  • Champignons – 150 Grams
  • Tomato Sauce – 300 Milliliters
  • Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp
  • Salt – To taste
  • Pepper – To taste
  • Dried Tomatoes – To taste
  • Dried Garlic – To taste

Directions

  1. Prepare your ingredients.
  2. Peel the onion and rinse, cut into small cubes. Rinse and dry the champignons, cut into plates.
  3. Pour a little vegetable oil into the pan, add mushrooms and onions, fry for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then add the stew and minced meat to the pan.
  4. Fry all ingredients, stirring occasionally, for 8-10 minutes over low heat. Smash the minced meat all the time with a spatula.
  5. Add the tomato sauce, all the spices to the pan.
  6. Simmer the sauce, covered, for 30 minutes over low heat. Remove a sample at the end of cooking.
  7. Boil the spaghetti until tender for 6 minutes in salted water. Drain the water over the spaghetti and add the sauce. Stir and serve the pasta to the table.
