  • 750 g quark
  • 7 egg (s)
  • 2 packs pudding powder
  • 300 g suar
  • 375 ml milk
  • 100 g butter
  • fruit, almonds or raisins

Instructions

  1. Bring milk, 150 g sugar and 100 g butter to the boil. Then stir in 1 sachet of pudding powder. Let the pudding cool completely.
  2. Mix the quark, 2 eggs, 1 packet of pudding powder and 150 g sugar vigorously with the mixer and place in a springform pan as a base.
  3. Stir 5 egg yolks into the cooled pudding. Beat the 5 egg whites until stiff and then fold them into the pudding as well. Let the mass slide onto the floor. If desired, the quark mass can be refined with fruit, almonds or raisins. Bake everything for 60-75 minutes at medium heat (170 ° C).
