  • 400 g black puddin without bacon (Boudin noir)
  • 1 vegetable onion (s)
  • 500 g potato (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • marjoram
  • 1 teaspoon oil

Instructions

  1. Peel the vegetable onion and cut into small cubes. Fry in the oil and steam until soft.
  2. During this time, cook the boiled potatoes.
  3. When the onion is soft, add the Boudin noir and fry briefly. Season everything with the spices and pour onto the potatoes.
