Ingredients
- 3 glasses beans, thick
- 6 slices pork belly, mixed, smoked, cut into pieces
- 3 medium onion (s), diced
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 2 pinches savory, dried
- some pepper
- some flour

- Drain the beans from the glass and collect the bean water.
- Braise the onions in the butter. Add the flour to the onions and make a sweat with the bean water. Add the pork belly and beans and simmer for about 15 minutes.
- Boiled potatoes taste very good with them.
