- 80 g smoked bacon
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 125 ml milk
- 250 ml water
- 750 g broad beans, fresh
- salt and pepper

- Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cook in a pressure cooker.
- In the meantime, cut the bacon into small cubes and leave it in a saucepan. Add the flour to the fat and stir until it turns light yellow. Then pour in the milk while continuing to stir.
- In the meantime, put water in a saucepan, add a little salt and cook the beans in it. Drain.
- Pour a little bean water on the bacon sauce and add the beans. Season with pepper, savory and parsley and serve with the jacket potatoes.
