  • 4 tablespoon butter
  • 1 kg carrot (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 teaspoons parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Peel the carrots and cut into very fine slices. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the carrots. Simmer with the lid closed over medium heat. Stir occasionally.
  2. Cooking time is around 20 minutes, but it can vary depending on the thickness of the carrot slices. When the carrots are nice and soft, season with salt and pepper and finally fold in the parsley.
