Ingredients
Turkey fillet – 300 g
Bulb onions – 1 pc.
Apple – 1 pc.
Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
Olive oil – 2 tbsp
Sunflower oil (for frying) – 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Directions
We prepare products.
In a convenient container, mix the olive oil and soy sauce.
Cut the turkey fillet into small strips.
Transfer the fillet to the marinade bowl. We mix.
Wash apple, cut into cubes.
Peel the onion, wash it, cut it into thin rings.
Pour vegetable oil into a preheated frying pan and fry the onion until golden brown.
