Ingredients

  • 4 sausages, sliced
  • 200 g bacon, mixed, diced
  • 1 large vegetable onion (s), diced
  • 1 tablespoon oil, (sunflower oil)
  • 3 bell peppers, red, green and yellow, cut into strips
  • 1 cup port
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, sweet
  • 2 cubes broth
  • salt and pepper
  • sugar
  • possibly roux,

Instructions

  1. Leave the bacon in the sunflower oil. Add sausages and onions and fry well. Add the peppers and fry for about 10 minutes. Deglaze with port wine and milk. Stir in the stock cube and mustard.
  2. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar and let everything steep. Possibly bind with roux.
