  • 1 packet puff pastry, frozen
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 250 g quark
  • 300 g sausae (leftovers)
  • 1 small onion (s)

Instructions

  1. Cut the sausage into small pieces. Finely chop the onion and mix with the sour cream and quark. Then stir in the bratwurst pieces.
  2. Let the puff pastry thaw briefly, roll out lightly and cut into squares. Place the filling in the middle of the puff pastry squares and fold the puff pastry over them. Press the edges well. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 15 minutes.
  3. Super tasty with a sweetly dressed green salad. Also great for children`s birthday parties, when the puff pastry is shaped into candy.
