  • 250 g low-fat quark
  • 7 tablespoon milk
  • 7 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 125 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 200 g muesli with cranberries
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 teaspoon powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Knead all ingredients except for the egg and powdered sugar and form 10 rolls. Separate the egg, mix the yolk with the powdered sugar and brush the rolls with it.
  2. Let it dry briefly, brush with the egg white and bake at 200 ° C (top / bottom heat, convection: 170 ° C) for approx. 20 minutes.
